Abstract

The project “A study on Customer Preference towards Big Bazaar and D-Mart with reference to Coimbatore City” it states to analyse the preference of the customer in choosing Big Bazaar and D-Mart. The main objective of this study is to analyse the preference of the customer whether they prefer Big Bazaar or D-Mart. For the purpose of this study a structured questionnaire was constructed for 120 respondents. The collected data is analyzed and interpreted with the help of suitable statistical tools and the finding and suggestion are constructed which is consider to be the important part of the project.
