Abstract The current research study aims to study Organizational Commitment and the impact of selected demographic variables (Age, Designation, and Gender) on the variable OC. The Allen Meyers standardized scale for Organizational Commitment was used to collect responses from a sample of 200 respondents who are academicians in selected academic institutions in Rajasthan.
