Abstract The article aim at understanding the Talent Management practice which are followed in IT Industries and shows its influence in the process of employee retention. Retaining of Talented employees have now a day's turn out to be a serious question for the IT Industry, as it is knowledge based Human capital which is playing an extremely significant role and for this reason the current study aims at practices to keep hold of them. The unambiguous contribution of the present paper is in mounting an understandable and to the point description of strategic talent management. In this paper, we developed a statistical approach of strategic talent management and show relationship between two dimensions of talent management.
