Horticultural Experiment and Training Centre, Chaubatia, 263651, Ramkhet, Almora, India Abstract Spraying of imidacloprid 0.007% was most effective treatment, closely followed with carbosulfan and thiamethoxam in the year 2000 and carbosulfan, koranda and methyl demeton in 2001 The % of curled leaves ranged from 0.26 to 0 53% during 2000 and 0.00 to 0.20% during 2001 in various treatments as compared to 69 46 and 79.53% in untreated control during first and second year, respectively at 60 days after spraying Similar trend was observed in the case of fruit yield.
