Abstract Cleidocranial dysplasia also called Cleidocranial dysostosis and Marie Sainton disease is a condition that is characterised by frontal and parietal bossing, persistent open anterior fontanelle, late closure of other cranial sutures, macrocephaly, wide nasal bridge, protruding mandible, high arched palate, delayed eruption of teeth, hypoplastic or absent clavicles etc. This paper reports a case of spontaneous occurance of Cleidocranial dysplasia.
