Histologically, it consists of stratified squamous epithelium overlying the fibrovascular inflammatory stroma. We report an interesting and rare case of PG occurring in a 70-year-old male patient on his lower labial mucosa and discuss its clinico-pathological features with a brief review of relevant literature.
