This is a true dental emergency because the treatment and prognosis are extremely time dependent. This case report presents the chair side procedure of anterior tooth replacement by using the avulsed tooth crown as a pontic which was bonded to teeth on either side of the edentulous space. This treatment could be considered as an interim treatment that can provide acceptable function and esthetics by replacing missing teeth and tissues until a definitive restoration can be performed.
