E.) in various products of green crop fractionation (GCF) such as pulp, pressed crop residue (PCR), juice, leaf protein concentrate (LPC) and deproteinised juice (DPJ) was studied in the foliage of: Cauliflower, Cabbage, Spinach, Dill, Coriander, Garden orache, Lucerne, Radish and Fenugreek. The DPJ was with high gross energy (K cal/g), however highest dry matter and gross energy was retained by PCR, rather than LPC and Juice.
