Sensorial quality of low-calorie sheerkhurma made with stevia blend sugar powder Sopanrao Sonwane Rajkumar Online published on 20 July, 2020. Abstract Present investigation was undertaken to prepare sheerkhurma with the different levels of Stevia blend sugar powder viz. 1.5, 2 and 2.5%. The samples of different treatments were analyzed for Sensory qualities (colour and appearance, flavor, body and texture, and overall acceptability).
