Online published on 28 November, 2023. Abstract Present study was conducted for evaluation of antioxidant potential of methanolic extracts of Emblica officinalis in Wistar rat at the dose rate of 200 mg. kg-1 following oral gavage administration and measured haematological profiles. Emblica officinalis extracts caused an apparent increase in haemoglobin (13.02±0.386), which was non significantly higher than antigen control (10.29±0.252 ).Total leucocytes count was found (10253.333±626.746) higher in Emblica officinalis as compared to control (6186.7±1208.98) and found significant variation. Lymphocyte count was also increases Emblica officinalis and reveals significant change with control. The above finding showed haematological booster activity of extracts and reduced oxidative stress.
