Abstract

This paper provides an opportunity to learn and expand the knowledge on management of HR and how firm performance is affected through HRM practices. The study has been conducted with a few objectives in mind which would help to know the link between HRM and firm performance. This paper will describe the importance of HR practices in maintaining firm performance.
