Abstract The paper titled “Impact of Training Pedagogy on Engineering Graduates in Information Technology Companies with Special Reference to Erode” discuss about the best mode of teaching engineering students for papers that involves learning specific programming skill. Information Technology sector is evolving with every passing day and hence the skill obsoleteness is happening more often than expected. Re-skilling becomes a mandate for human resources who are into Information Technology oriented companies. Technological product though simple and user friendly but comes with complex algorithms makes it tougher for people to master it. Every human being has his own mode of learning and learning becomes faster if he is learning in his preferred style. Visual, Kinesthetic and auditory are the major styles of learning into which most of the human beings fit into. Understand using the visual mode accompanied by the auditory mode followed by kinesthetic is the mode that suits engineers for learning emerging technologies in the information technology sector. Colleges that follow this sequence of visual with auditory followed by kinaesthetic are found to have students who are very successful in their profession as software engineers.
