Abstract Every employee is wired differently. These days’ organizations have to focus on diversity management and look for what creates an impulse in employees of different demographics. Employers have to deal with different generations of employees Baby Boomers (Born between 1946 and 1964) Generation Xers (Born between 1965 and 1980) and Generation Ys or Millennials (born after 1980). Motivation is a drive that boosts up employees willingness to work for the organization. There are several theories on motivation i.e. Abraham Maslow's needs theory, Hertzber's two factor theory, Expectancy theory by Vroom, Alderfer's ERG theory, Acquired needs theory by Mc.Clelland, Reinforcement theory, Equity theory and Cognitive evaluation theory. This paper focuses on what are the performance related motivators for working Muslim women. For this study there are 11 different performances related motivators are considered.
